​Our client, a luxury hotel located in Baltimore, MD is committed to providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are currently looking to add an enthusiastic and service-oriented Bartender to the team that will deliver quality cocktails, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. As a Bartender, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction. With your creativity, expertise, and passion for mixology, you will contribute to the success and reputation of our bar.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes.

  • Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and guiding them through the drink menu.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work areas.

  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and alcohol service guidelines.

  • Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and minimizing waste.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting preferred.

  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with guests in a positive and engaging manner.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • TIPS or ServSafe certification preferred.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • You must be 21 or older to be considered.
