Our client, a luxury hotel located downtown Dallas, TX is looking for a motivated and energetic Hospitality Recruiter that's dedicated to excellence with a commitment to connecting top talent.

Position Overview

As a Hospitality Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring employees for luxury hotels and resorts. Leveraging your expertise in recruitment and your deep understanding of the hospitality industry, you will identify and attract top-tier candidates who embody the standards of excellence synonymous with our clients' brands.

The Recruiter is responsible for:

  • Work directly with hiring managers to define the recruiting needs of their departments, outline a hiring plan, and maintain communication on the status of the requisition.

  • Manage communication with candidates from first touch to onboarding.

  • Manage the onboarding process for candidates to ensure a smooth and enjoyable new hire experience.

  • Provide candidates with information regarding the company and its benefits.

  • Manage relationships with school's career departments to provide a consistent flow of quality applicants.

  • Own the full recruiting cycle to include (scheduling interviews, phone screening, hiring manager follow up, submitting offer letter requests, running background checks, processing new hire paperwork, communicating with candidates that were passed on, etc.).

  • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.

  • Maintain relationships with strong candidates even when vacancies are not currently open within the organization.

  • Actively and creatively post on social media hiring boards to build awareness of the company and its openings.

  • Provide recruiting reports to the Human Resources Director to analyze.

  • Own the Applicant Tracking System and maintain its data integrity.

  • Provide assistance to hiring managers on the use of the company Applicant Tracking System.

  • Actively and passively source applicants from job boards, social media, and networking platforms.

  • Post open requisitions on job boards, and track for applicant flow.

  • Process employee referrals and submit reporting to the payroll department for the payment of referral bonuses.

  • Meet performance metrics set in place by the Human Resources Director.

  • Work with the Human Resources Director to implement and manage recruiting processes across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Hospitality or restaurant recruiting experience.

  • Understanding the importance of discretion and being able to maintain confidentiality.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • 1+ years of full desk recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
